AI Coaching

From brilliant intern
to operating system.

A curriculum that starts with your first prompt and ends with the architecture your business runs on.

What this is

This is a self-guided curriculum in how to actually work with AI — and the same method we use when we roll it out inside a real business. It is general and educational: no vendor pitch, no magic. You start by treating AI as a brilliant intern — fast and tireless, but to be checked every time. You end running an operating system that makes work visible, reusable, and reportable, with Claude as a coworker and Claude Code as an operator.

The arc is deliberate: foundationreusable helpersa coworker you delegate toan operator that works on your filesyour own AI operating system. Each part builds on the one before it. Read straight through, or start wherever you are today.

01

The Foundation

AI as a brilliant intern. The three rules, the prompt formula, data safety, reusable helpers, and the weekly report that makes invisible work legible.

02

Claude as a Coworker

Delegating real work to a conversational partner — Projects for durable context, Artifacts for live deliverables, and the discipline that keeps it honest.

03

Claude Code

The leap from AI that answers to AI that operates — working on your files and systems, with the guardrails that operating power demands.

04

Your AI Operating System

The endpoint. A source of truth, workflows around it, and a review architecture that keeps it honest — where coaching meets the advisory practice.

How progress is measured

A ladder to climb, and an arc to follow.

Two frames run through the whole curriculum. The maturity ladder names where someone is today — an operating scale, not a school grade. The 12-step arc is the path from a first prompt to a report tied to the real job. Full detail lives on the foundation page.

The method we teach is the method we run.

This is not a curriculum assembled from other people's slides. It is how our own multi-entity family business operates — the same foundation, the same discipline, the same operating system. We run it internally first, then coach it.

Bring the curriculum to your team.

A coaching foundation everyone shares — applied to the real work in front of each person.
