About the Practice

The advisory view and the operator's view
sit in the same chair.

P1 Thailand is a family enterprise advisory practice founded by Michael Ananpasin — strategist, facilitator, and operator.

The Practice

Built where thinking
meets action.

P1 Thailand is a family enterprise advisory practice founded by Michael Ananpasin — strategist, facilitator, and operator. Michael is CSO of a multi-entity family business group, which is the unusual part of the credential: the complexity he advises on is the complexity he runs.

The practice works at the point where thinking meets action — facilitation, strategic advisory, AI operating systems, and the occasional honest conversation about what a business actually is. It begins with listening, and it ends with the insight belonging to the people who have to act on it.

The practice exists because the most consequential decisions in a family enterprise are rarely made in the boardroom. P1 was built to make those conversations possible — first inside the founder's own family business, then for others facing the same shape of question.

"Some things cannot be taught — but they can be learned."
We create the conditions. The work begins with listening.

Michael Ananpasin

The credential that matters most is the operating one: Michael runs strategy inside a multi-entity family business group while advising others through the same terrain. The formal background sits behind that, quietly — Sasin EMBA (active) · CMI Level 7, UK · MLit, University of St Andrews · bilingual Thai/English facilitation.

"We do not take every client.
We take the ones where
the work can be real."

Before any engagement begins, we hold a short conversation to determine fit — for the client and for the practice. If the situation is not one we can serve well, we will say so.

The first conversation
costs nothing.

Tell us about your situation. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
